• The rental period is normally a full week from saturday to saturday. Several weeks is of course possible. Check-in 3.00 p.m. until 10.00 p.m. Check-out at 9.00 a.m to 11.00 a.m.

• Check-in and check-out outside of the times above on request. There will be an additional fee.

• The price includes cleaning of the apartment after your stay(*), linens, towels, normal use of water and electricity. 

• A damage deposit of 250€ will be required for all reservations. This deposit will be in cash when you get the keys at the apartment and returned at check out if everything is ok.

• When you have booked your stay (use our contact page for both questions and booking requests) you will receive a contract with the details for the stay and for the payment. 

• Cancellation:

  • More than two months before your stay: Full refund​

  • Less than two months before your stay: No refund

*) You have to throw away the garbage, do the dishes (the apartment has a dishwasher) etc
